BCG X and AWS have teamed up with BMW to implement and scale a critical automotive AI transformation built with customer centricity at its core.

BCG helped a global OEM build and deploy a dynamic spare-parts pricing platform, enabling the client to react faster to market changes. The platform allows the client to set optimal prices at the individual SKU level by leveraging internal and external data and state-of-the-art analytics. By implementing this approach, the client’s EBIT on spare parts increased by 2 percentage points.
